ОтветитьI've been doing a 45 minute yoga practice (usually with a core "boost" for several years, but really not seeing any results in the lower abdomen. I have looked before and the things I have found were either too much or just not something I would continue. I've only done this one twice, but I think I will continue it - at least initially hoping 3 times a week! Thanks
