Gosh, with the election this year I hope this moves along bc my mother has two pending with PD 3/2016 - F1. I notice their fiscal calendar seem to run from October to October thereabouts so I fear I won’t see any action until late 2024. This is distressing bc the girls were teenagers and now they are adults in their 20s.

Hello sir, I’m F21 category from India my pd is march 2019 and dq is November 2021 but still I’m waiting for interview. What should I do for now ?? I also have another question, i have baby of one year and we submitted their documents as well, yesterday i received a email from nvc they write about wait for interview and your dq is February 2023. What is mean of that ?? Should i wait for interview according to earlier dq or recent dq. Plz reply

The November statistics have been posted and they are horrible!

The DoS issues about 95% of all fb visas. This is 214700 fb visas or 17892 a month. They only issued 5200 in November.

So far this fiscal year they have issued 23841 fb visas. This is 29835 visas less than they should be doing by this point. They way the DoS works they will not recover these lost visas or not very many of them.

December statistics are going to be horrible. The wastage for fiscal year 2024 would make Donald t proud.

Even Charlie Oppenheim says he is still surprised by last years wastage. It is going to be worse this year.

What do these dates mean.. as in EB2 date is Nov. 1st 2022. So does that mean the cases filed on or before Nov 1st will start processing or does it mean those case have been processed and completed? It’ll be great if you can clearing this. @Jacob
