I use to use tinkercad because bender and fusion didnt seem intuative to my brain. But a friend suggested freecad. I was very reluctant at first but decided to give it a try. Where it really shines is how easily you can specify where holes are placed or distances between holes, etc, which i found very difficult in tinkercad. Its a free download, give it a try, especially if you have out grown tinkercad, and struggled with fusion/bender.

What a video!!! I had a look at Fusion 360 and I thought that it was really difficult, and after watching your video, I have just been able to make a box exactly how I needed/wanted it, and I'm sure that I can practice to make almost anything! I used Corel Draw in the past, and this program is similar in some aspects to Corel Draw, but in 3D. Thank you very much! :-)

Oh, by the way: I have just subscribed 😁

So I watched your first video and this looks like it’s going to be awesome. What I would like to use it for might not be possible and I didn’t see it mentioned in the titles of your other video but can you take a 3-D scan of an object using an app on your cell phone that is available depending on what cell phone you have import that into ticker cat and fine-tune things?

This was a great video! Moving things up and aspect ratios have been frustrating, but this has answered so many questions. Thanks!
