ОтветитьI totally agree with increasing the lifetime value of your customer. However, if you're in a really niche space and just starting out, I think it's better to focus on one really good product first, and then scale your business to include more products or services later

ОтветитьSo Ben, using your macdonalds example, would they be entering $5000 into the customer goal incremental customer value box?! I bet not. I use ICV with a customer match list but google adds the ICV to every new customer sale - this distorts revenue and ROAS. Do you use ICV and customer match list, and if so, how do you get round these distortions?
