Hello, thank you for your tutorials. I am trying to create a project submission form. The only problem I run into is having the user submit a .zip or .tar file. Is there a way I can do this with an upload button? I have been only able to allow users to submit documents or pictures but not .zip or .tar. I would appreciate the help! Thank you!

How do I create feedback form in radio buttons after a service used?

I pay extra for Ascend and making my first (very simple) form has been so glitchy it's unusable. The form automatically put six thank you message pages with a "continue" button before my form (which is one page). They do not show up in manage forms and there is no way to delete or remove them.

I use quote form but it only allows me to create up to 7 input field... I tried to create more fields to connect in database but the additional fields don't get collected. Not sure it bans that in order to ask people to upgrade to their plan....

I need to add a conditional logic form to a Wix site. So the user would select an option from a list, which would filter the next option to a few choices and so on. Like a 'checker' or calculator form. Does any one know how this could be achieved?

Question: I’m new to Wix. Just subscribed to your channel. Out of the videos I’ve been watching, you have a user friendly approach to the learning. Meaning, I get it when you teach it. I just built my site about a month ago. Now, I’m trying to get a grip on how these forms work. My problem right now is that I don’t know where everybody is going or how they got there. For example, I purposely designed a customized a preset Wix form that allowed young girls to sign up for a squad based on their ages. When they do, I don’t know how to find them after the first alert. Another day I accidentally pulled up a page with a host of people that had visited the site but I wasn’t notified that visitors were there. And another and probably the most confusing, when I click members, I see ONE person, “Sam”, there. Sam, was the person that completed the sponsorship page to pay a certain amount monthly. But, there is another area where I was having an email discussion with a person, “Pam”, that submitted the “subscribe” form, I guess, but Pam is not in the “members” area. Plus the other “visitors” are not in the same area as Pam. And Sam is not in the same area as either of them. I’m so confused. WIX is categorizing visitors in the site, but I don’t know where they are or how they got there. Can you help me with this? I need my squad girls to be keyed as “Members” so I can conduct specific assignments with them. I see where they came in as a Squad member, but they are not in the Member area. Please help.

How do I know which plan is the Ascend plan bc it does not say that when I look at your plan options side by side. On the dashboard it reads “ascend plan: free” so is that what I have or not bc I cannot seem to link this form to accept payments bc it keeps asking me to upgrade. Questions: So I created a bunch of google forms, but unfortunately without upgrading they only allow you to receive the forms responses to one email address and I need it to go to a few peoples email addresses that are in our organization. For this reason, can I create a survey that will be similar enough like my original google forms on the free Wix subscription? Also, is it possible to receive responses directly to anyone who has access to the Wix website if just enter my google forms into Wix? Please advise, thank you.
