ОтветитьMagnitude is used to measure earthquakes, not Richter. Fail.
Ответить100/100, then again, I have taught science for 30 years.
ОтветитьI only missed 4. I will now celebrate with a nice hearty ale.
ОтветитьStarted out well, missed more towards the end - esp. physics or astronomy/geology related questions. Scored 86/100. I haven't attended school in 35 - 40 yrs.
Ответить92/100 and to those arguing down below... you're both right.
ОтветитьAwesome I got one right.
ОтветитьMIssed 8

As far as I remember, the name "penicillin" doesn't come from "mould", but from "brush" ("Penicillium" in Latin, gave "pinceau" in French), which is the shape of the mould's "stems" under the microscope. I remember reading the story of the discovery by Fleming when I was a kid, a long time ago.
ОтветитьOh dear. :( I'm going to tank this, but I can't resist!
77 ack!

Ответить96/100. Yes, I’m a science nerd.
ОтветитьI expected to score in low 90s, but only scored 80. I’m not happy.

Ответить97/100 :)
Ответить73/100.
I’m going to give myself some slack as I haven’t been in school and done science for 6ish (plus) years so not too bad. Still had a surprising about of fun.
90/100, a little bit disappointing.😂 Three real mistakes and Seven times my english wasn‘t Good enough, never heard the expressions before.
ОтветитьWhat the heII is SD current?
?
90/100. Of the ten I missed, I just had no idea on 8 of them. There were also several that I was low confidence on but guessed right.
ОтветитьNow remove the multiple choices and make it a fill in and see how well people do. Instead of looking for 1 word answers... flip it.. give the word and ask what is
Ответить78, only 50 years after leaving school, Okay for me.
ОтветитьThe answer for the convection question was wrong: convection is a result, not a cause!
ОтветитьWhy two flasks with colored water on top of a book stack? Is that common practice among scientists?
Ответить83/100
ОтветитьIf I missed 21, how many did I get right?

This test grades on a life skills curve and even when you have gained all this knowledge through a long life, life steals it from you in your old age as your memory degrades. I got the first 50 right and stopped so I could be ahead. I am 64 and I figured I better quit while I am ahead.
Ответить91 correct … should have done better!
Ответить95/100, missed some medical terms!
Enjoy quisses!
11 wrong 😢
ОтветитьB V gan #54❣

ОтветитьIf I feel the need to stomp my foot when I count...
Does that make me a "Stable Genius"?
answered all of them but missed 5..
ОтветитьI miss 5, at 75 I still got it . I do a lot of these test to keep sharp . I also read a lot .
ОтветитьThe question about the speed of light in water, depends on what medium the light was in before it entered the water.
Ответить16 wrong 🤕
Ответить13 wrong; 87/100. I’m happy with that.
Ответить16 wrong. Barely a Jr Hi science level accomplishment. The Dunning-Kruger Effect WAS strong with this one...
ОтветитьThese were so easy, how did I get 8 wrong ?
Ответить84/100 - excellent quiz 👍
Ответить47. Convection is the proces itself, not the explaination of it...
Besides that, nnice quizzz so far :)
Are these really science questions? Or just a memorization test of science based facts? IDK perhaps I just didn't like how school was taught. I like figuring things out based on logic. I got 91/100 so maybe school did teach me things.

ОтветитьAnd all this time I thought I was a genius! 85/100...
Ответить14 errors, happy with the result considering my mother tongue is Dutch.🙂
