No, sinks absolutely work as urinals. Not only when the other urinals & toilets are occupied, but any time!
Pissing in the sink saves water & hand washing after pissing doubles as a flush for the sink

That’s the same guy! And all the urinals were full. Plus he’s a normal looking dude that looks like he would do that. You know the sports and beer kinda guy. It doesn’t look like he chooses to piss in the sinks to be weird. He only does it when he really needs to piss. True story I was at a grocery store bathroom this one time and there was a few of us men young and old waiting to use the urinal when it was a busy time of day. This 20 year old guy wearing a pirates baseball cap walked in said “awe man” when he saw us guys waiting then said “I really need to pee” and he walked over to the sinks and started peeing in it. I got closer and saw his yellow stream. The sink looked peed in since some of it collected around the drain. He then walked out and an old guy that saw him pee used the same sink as him. You just gotta look to make sure it’s not used as a urinal first. It would stink and have a yellow pee puddle at the base of it.

Lol my dad’s buddy did that at a baseball game when i was a kid. It was a crowded men’s room and the troughs were elbow to elbow. It was hilarious because my dad never let him live it down.
