[3.22] Arc Lightning + Crackling Lance build (70M Damage! ) - Path of Exile

-This Build is inherently a league starter due to the nature of Arc however the video focuses on it's performance after getting core items sorted, this doesn't mean that you need them to start playing the build at the beginning of the league.
-Make sure to prioritize following the PoB over the video in-case of conflict as PoB keep getting updated long after the video is released.

Hey one question: How do you manage your STR and DEX stats for all the gems? I dont see anything in the video or saved guide that mentions it.

Is the passive tree you have in the POB good for leveling? Also, will the normal versions of the skill/support gems work for all content until you're able to get the divergent versions? Been wanting to play a CL build with RF, so please let me know.

maybe i missed it but how do you regain charges on cinder swallow?

Build is bad 0% survival if(you don't have mind over matter or cloak of defiance), feel like a trick build to make league start hard then it need to be.

OK. I have built this completely and not getting even a fraction close to 1 mil dmg let alone 70 mil. I love the build and it does well on end game but very very low survival rate like a 4 out of 10. 6 if you move very slow on maps.

How do u lvl (acts) this build?

Why do your videos get so many dislikes

that wand have 40% increased spell damage, and 80% reduced spell damage. its mean my spell damage -40%. im still new in this POE. is that stats good news or bad news?

First off, great guide and thanks for putting the time into it. I wanted to point out something crucial for Mind Over Matter builds combined with The Agnostic keystone. Given the mechanic of The Agnostic, there can be situations where our mana drops to 0, preventing any mana recovery despite having high mana regen.

For this reason, the "% damage recouped as mana" craft on a ring should be considered mandatory and emphasized. It ensures more consistent mana recovery, making the build more resilient. This might be a game-changer for some players, and I believe it's worth emphasizing more in the guide or in a future update.

how can this be a league start when ur using 2 clusters jewels both with 3 big nodes.....

Hi Phoenix, quick question, why does sometimes mid map my mana stops regenerating, i cant figure out where is the problem

I notices in this build and others some requierements (for either equipments or gems) are in red, does this affect somehow?

Got this going alright, but sadly the militant faith jewel I have converted the +1 power charges to a useless node :( (gain energy shield based on max mana) it's a 9763 with channelling damage and elemental damage per devotion, any help on what jewel to get would be helpful.

Update: yesterday I beat the Shaper, I think it was the very first time :))
Died twice due to his teleportation+slam. But the fight was very very fast.
I still have only 9 power charges, 6000mana, 2900life , and instead of awakened spell echo I am using crit multy support(in total I have 500crit multy, 525 against unique bosses). And by the way, my lvl is 92, died quite a lot to juicy map mods 😂😂😂

What about chaos resistance ?

I didn't manage to get it full, 11power charges, 400+ crit multi, so on... but it helped a lot.
I wanted a decent build, no meta... and I can actually slap the guardians like they are nothing.

I'm not gonna lie i had my doubts about this build, because the amount of dex and Str necessary are a little bit higher than the attributes u get from the items, i didn't get the rings they are too expensive, i get almost everything the same, in total i think i spend like 40-50 div, currently im lvl 72 still in white maps testing the build, i dont have the righ side of the skill tree but im destroying everything, feels amazing i did my last ascendancy with the build and izaro stand no chance and i get very lucky to get the enchantment for the boots in that lab, ty for the build :)

Where r deffences 20k EHP sounds unable to make most content in the game :/

Im use Imposible escape(The impaler chepest)> then pick +30 int note > Use Tatto for free +1 power charges > Free dmg if not have currency for +1power ring

On the amulet perhaps annoint a +30 int node and put on +1 to maximum power charges or +1 to level of all intelligence gems?.

Would be worth looking into the Bloodlines Tattoo.
2% increased Recovery Rate of Life, Mana per tribe you have a tattoo of.

With the basics below, this is 18% increased Recovery rate.
Potential options below. these are all small passives.
1ip is 1 small intelligence passive. d for dex. s for strength.

The RF + 0 Mana bug makes this Build Unplayable. I regret playing this build so hard and no wonder i meet 3 ppl who where selling stuff from this build with the same problem and each one of them giving me stuff like the Sublime Vision Prismatic Jewel (7-9div) for FREE. they all told me you gonna understand at one point.... and now i do... i am 15-20+ div deep. i only miss the 1+ ring. most of the stuff is 1 to 1 the same like in the POB.... To be attacked once from something that hits good and then running around like a headless chicken with 0 mana waiting for your death is one of the most annoying things in this game. DONT PLAY THIS BUILD ! there is no fix for this bug. Ye you can run the Cinderswallow Urn and use Vaal Arc with 0 mana and fix the bug. or be lucky with a +1 mana on kill thing in the right moment. But its not worth !!!! DONT PLAY THIS BUILD !!!! he also knows about the bug since the first video ((9 months ago) and didnt tell 1 thing about it. Such a waste of a week for me.

Seems to me the number of the jewell does matter, if you want to obtain Inner Conviction

You'd lose out on some mana, resists, and eldritch implicits, but any thoughts on using Replica Inya's Epiphany for boots? Less damage mitigation, too, but they'd give you a big speed and damage boost. Maybe not for hard bosses but great for mapping or moving super quick.

Hello! Thanks for the guide, I've now reached 16M DPS. Can you advise on what to do with Jewels? The ones you have in POB are not available in 3.22 (at least, there are none available on trade). What should I collect instead?

so just swapped the build over and have genuinely everything except Sublime Vision(which ill have soon when a couple items sell) and i can tell i do good damage but wow do i insta die to anything.. anyway to help that a bit?

Excuse me sir, when you mention the Militant faith number being irrelevant I think you're kinda wrong, correct me if im mistaken but I bought 2 jewels with random numbers and both of them changed the passive "Prodigal Perfection" which increase my mana and grants spell damage per max mana to another shit random passive lol
