Diona's and Kirara's feet have rig the same as the characters with heels. Except instead of heel by design they have cat feet that imitate walking on the toes

That doesn't have any detail, you simply don't know how a 3D character is built. I'm a 3D animator and visual effects animator, and I'm telling you, there's nothing more complex than the other characters, and surely you don't care about my opinion, but the break your illusion

I think there's skeleton or model of regular foot, but with Diona and Kirara their "heels" just invisible. That;s all

You are acting like they actually did that on purpose. The way feet work is it has a flat surface and it aligns it’s flat part with the ground. That is all this is. It’s literally the same across the board except the one at the end had a natural design with the heel lifted. So when the character stood on the slant. The flat part aligned itself the exact same way that all the other characters did, except this characters design has a fat chunk of transparency. they didn’t like make the foot turn by that much in that one spot. The skeleton is the same at the foot is what I’m saying there is no detail to pay attention to here

The reason why none of the tall female characters can have flat shoes is because someone in the team thought it was a good idea that the base female model have heels and they couldn't be bothered to make a new model. This is why Kirara's model has levitating heels, its not attention to detail, it's literally because they don't want to make a new base model 💀

They didnt actually change anything (other than the feet shape). The angle of the feet remains the same but it looks better since they are differently shaped
