Judge might be scared of dogs thats why he does not care for the dogs that were killed.Many people have pet stray dogs that live in the buildings but people dont register the dogs bcoz 90% ppl dont know where to go to register a stray dog.
Sometimes decisions have to be taken on humanity basis.
Wrong decision by judge regarding the killing of dogs.
Instead of killing the dogs those people could have relocated those dogs.
The police never showed any proof where the dogs have bitten any person.

One of the main flaw in that extremely appreciable arguments by the young lawyer is that he should learn hindi because sometimes judge is not in the mood to listen you
so basically the lawyer should present the main arguments in the language which judge is using.

Earlier we always percieved legal proceedings in courts through presentation in movies, which used to be very dramatic. I think, once live court proceedings were allowed to be broadcast, it is not only demistified, it is also very interesting and attracts lot if young minds to these arguments and poroceedings. This has been a good decesion by the court. Let more young minds be attracted, as we need a lot of them for clearing whatever huge number of cases are pending and for creating a law abiding society.
