Why does anyone allow their skin to get in such a bad condition. You can deal with it yourself. When you see a blackhead appear squeeze it out don't ignore the condition if you do it only gets worse.

I wonder if the clients get charged according to their skin type and condition.

First you apply a damp hot cloth to the skin to open up the pores then using no stabbing tool start squeezing them out. It is just that simple and easy to do.
