Nice video, and I like that you show a few properties electronically! I was born and raised in Denver. I moved to LA when I was young and lived there for 20 years. I happily moved back to Denver during the COVID shutdown. Growing up we all referred to the neighborhood as WASHINGTON Park. It feels like a bunch of out of towners moved in and wanted to be trendy and started calling it Wash Park. I have always loved the neighborhood, and wish that I could buy a property there, but I think that my eyes might roll right out of my head because I would definitely do a lot of eye-rolling when encountering people who insist on calling it Wash Park. I don't think that I could conform to that. It feels so LA, which is what I wanted to leave behind in California! I don't hate the name, so much as I hate the trendiness of the name. I'm old school that way..... Anyway, good job!
