I was having the same problem. I just shut it down by pressing the power button. Unplugged the charger. Waited for 5-10 minutes then I started the computer. This issue tends to happen when I put my computer on my lap, laying my back on my bed and use it. Weird but true. Doesn't happen when I have my laptop on a table and use it for hours. Maybe the SSD is moving or loose, idk. But I backed up everything onna harddrive and made a bootable drive with Windows 11 OS on it just to be safe.

Great, now it says I need a BitLocker Recovery Key

When i save and exit it takes me to a screen that says "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key"

This didn't work but when it booted to back to EZ Utility I pressed CTRL ALT Del and it booted and showed blue screen saying "restarting". Then it restarted and booted to windows.

Instructions unclear i went on advanced mode and couldnt find the security tab

it s because you hard disk either newer had an operating system to begin with in such case the laptop is new and it cannot boot anywhere bcz your hard disk is blank,
or there was an error where you need to reset your OS for it to boot up again
