Yep, choosing the blanket can be a torture.

Horses wear blankets when their owners are cold.
If they were allowed to grow their fur out and be natural, they wouldn't need blankets, rugs, hoods etc.

Still don't fit in my washing machine. 😒

This is why I just let me horses grow a coat, unless it is for an AMAZING sale. Like 60% or more

Omg feeling you my horse is a total slob and he doesn't live in a stall he stays in a field at a boarding Facility so his blanket gets ripped all the time and we have tried so many different ways to patch his blanket that we honestly just tend to give up sometimes and we can't not blanket him because omg that thoroughbred has such thin skin

Luckily smart pak sells blankets cheap enough that I only have to buy one of each I need and they last so long (even with a mare that loves destroying them).

Augh laying in poop. Rolling in poop. Finding every possible place with poop to somehow get on the blanket. It's my mare's favorite form of entertainment!
