you just ruined that file...
ОтветитьI wish you would have addressed guard on vs guard off, and using a harness or shoulder strap. But thanks for the tips.
ОтветитьMine spins counter clockwise, but I've cut with right side anyway. What's taking getting used to is standing on the right side. I'm so used to the left. I might need a clock-wise trimmer
ОтветитьGet rid of that guard. It serves no purpose.
ОтветитьWell first of all you take the guard off.
ОтветитьReally helpful video clip. I always did it the wrong way, and now I know the right way. Thanks.
ОтветитьIs there a way to reverse the spin of the head on an Ego trimmer? I just bought one and it spins the opposite of the one I have been using for years and it's going to be hard to learn to use it from the other side.
ОтветитьAnother tip, bumping on pavers or concrete destroys the plastic on your trimmer head. Always do it on what you're cutting.
ОтветитьI didnt watch this when i got my first trimmer,
Edging my first time, got a rock bounce back to my forehead lol
i use the ryobi 40v epand it weed eater and i love it!! even when moving slow while edging wth the weed eater, the string still gets eaten down and i am having bump feed a lot and replace the string at least twice a month!?? how can i make the string last longer to replace every 3 to 6 months to save money on string!?😢😢
ОтветитьHelpful video!!
Are the clips of line edging reversed regarding spin direction? Looks like the Clockwise and Counterclockwise operation are labeled opposite on the side edging operations, end the side to hold it. Can you clarify please? Thanks.
Electric yard equipment are for stupid. Don’t buy electric crap folks!
Ответитьsending the debris away from you is a good way to wreck client's property. if you're a pro, you're wearing protective equipment and can handle the debris being cast back at your boots and heavy duty pants.
ОтветитьClockwise the best to do lines ..
ОтветитьI’m having string feeding issues
Ответитьstop yelling at me. lol. sorry didn't make it past the intro.
ОтветитьYour PRO tips is so helpful. I have used trimmer for years and two very important tips from you. One is about where to position myself based on the rotation of the head. Habitually I like to stand on the right side of my trimmer and often got nik from flying debris. Now I realize my position must be relatively to the direction of the rotation. I also learned to adjust the shaft length so that my arm is extended straight. I made adjustment today based on these two tips and what a difference it made. THANK YOU.
ОтветитьTip number 8.........file in one direction only.......not back and forth.
Ответитьit's has been my best lecture today thanks mentor
ОтветитьString trimmers hate me. I’m left-handed. 😖
ОтветитьGOOD concise information - thank you.
ОтветитьI bought a EGO trimmer just like that . Used it 1 time then gave it to my wife.
ОтветитьDon't saw with the file 😊
ОтветитьStihl 91r. Battery equals no no!
ОтветитьThank you. I just brought a new string trimmer and these tips will come in super handy. 👏🏾👏🏾💪🏾♦️
ОтветитьGreat set of tips! Thanks!
ОтветитьHolding trigger in right hand, I always had to walk backward with a clockwise trimmer to keep the line from digging into the dirt!
Now I'm using a counter spin, and I get to walk forward.
What you are saying is ass backwards to me!
I don't think this idiot has ever done this for a living.
You want the line to spin along a sidewalk the direction a tire would for a nice clean cut, not fight it just to keep debris away! 😮😂
Pro Tip 2: Get a real trimmer instead of a toy, you can land it inside a jungle and it will still destroy everything around it 😂😂
Ответитьjust the tip!
ОтветитьSuper ❤
ОтветитьVery useful tips even though I don't own a string trimmer, LOL
ОтветитьNever ever lick the strimmer wire whilst in motion! Important.
ОтветитьNike font don’t do it
ОтветитьGood teaching
ОтветитьI found cutting from the right so hard I made terrible bald spots when I try that way
ОтветитьStep one: get your advice from someone who uses a gas trimmer.
Step two: See step one.
This was very helpful! Thank you
ОтветитьHad to watch 5 videos to find the one that actually taught me what was relevant. Thanks man.
ОтветитьGood teaching
ОтветитьSo much needed thankyou!!
ОтветитьLol 😂😂 yo by the way just so you know the milwaukee string trimmer head that you showed in the video struggling to load the string while talking about how difficult loading the line use to be.. yeah it's not hard to load the milwaukee string trimmer and you do not even have to remove the head to access the spool... all u gotta do is line up the red markings on the top half of the head and the bottom half or what I prefer to do just look through the line hole and turn the top half of the head while holding the bottom half until you can see daylight out the other side then simple feed the line through and even it up as you were saying and it's not as fancy as the Ego it does not have a button you press to wind the sting up for you but it's still easy and simple... after feeding line through and pulling the string even on both side hold the bottom half of the head and turn the top half until the line is wound up takes only a few seconds
ОтветитьI've seen gay porn straighter than this video
ОтветитьThank you!🥰
ОтветитьMy stihl cuts much better moving to the left on a counterclockwise head. The strings pulls the weeds against the cutter on the shield. The the backstroke to the right blasts the detritus away and levels any that got missed in the first pass.
ОтветитьSimple and EXCELLENT TIPS! Thank you!!
ОтветитьBrilliant advice, I've been cleaning grass off my trousers for a year, doh
ОтветитьGreat video! I'm new to the weed whacking game. There's definitely a learning curve! I didn't understand your Pro Tip 6 - Sharpening the cutting blade?
ОтветитьWhat about soaking the line for 24hour before use? People do this in the UK
ОтветитьI don't suggest edging on the grass side. If you slip you're tearing up more grass. Mine sounds counter clockwise so i walk it backwards.
