Thank you Paula, all the pain from too much sitting on computer and pain on the neck all gone now. I will try to add this to my routine on daily basis.

😢I have RA and I’m not able to sit on my heels without severe pain. My family physician recommended this for my sciatica but I’m afraid the exercise requires me to be limber to begin with. 😢😢😢

My spine is very happy after this. I needed blocks at the beginning, and blankets throughout but yeah! Thank you for something that is gentle. Leg warmers might even help me <3
