ОтветитьI tried this a couple nights ago and I had a false awakening and it was the middle of the night. In my dream I did this technique in the back of the note book I was doing in, after I went to bed I had a lucid dream but it was inside a regular dream so it wasn’t really lucid. I’m currently trying VILD bu want to know if this is a good sign and should keep trying this one.

ОтветитьI recommend using a phrase that you remember really well, for example; "I always come back" I used that phrase, because I remember it from FNAF and is really iconic to me.
ОтветитьLet’s say this is around a 50 50 chance of working (4 percent higher than mild), that by spending 5 minutes of your day that would usually be spent mindlessly scrolling, you can have 3 years of consciousness added on to your life. (Obviously ignoring that not all dreams that night will be lucid if you succeed.)

ОтветитьList for you to use, or don’t, I don’t really care:
-acquire pen and paper
-use said pen and paper to write something like “I am dreaming” or “I am going to lucid dream tonight”, short n simple, 50-100 times
-do close to bedtime
-NO PHONE, it doesn’t work as well
-repeat it in your head a few times as you write
-REPETITION
-believe in ur mind what you are writing is true, and think about the meaning of the words
-sleep asap, with paper under ur pillow
-stabilize yo dream by spinning or rubbing yo hands
-don’t overdo it
-reality check
-dream journal

And i cant really Focus in Something Like If i try to Imagine Something my brain is Just Like nope you are Not gonna think that and Just hundreds of random Things come in my mind
And i dont know how to Controll my touhts

ОтветитьThe other night I was lucid dreaming. I was shopping for a new purse with my mom and the sales floor person offered me a chickfila sandwich. I was like “no thank you.” then the sales floor person got an attitude? Then I left the store, but ended up getting the wrong purse the sales floor person gave me! (The purse was in a box) that’s all I remember in my dream. 🧠💭

ОтветитьMy problem is: there is no way to write 100 times a "simple" thing on portuguese, because theres no way to make a simple phrase. Im Brazilian, so my language is more complicated than english, look at that
English: I will lucid dream tonight
Portuguese: Eu vou ter um sonho lúcido essa noite

i really want to lucid dream but i really don't want to experience sleep paralysis, do this technique still have chances to trigger sleep paralysis? or a lucid nightmare?
