i’m about to be 22 and i don’t know how to curl my hair, do french braids, do eyeliner, contour, etc… ive had people do it for me but ive never found anyone to be happy and willing to teach me and help me learn tho and it’s so hard to do it on my own..

As someone with naturally curly hair I never learned how to use a curling iron until I was in beauty school and it was the strangest phenomenon.

I'm left handed and can never get it looking right one side goes away from my face one side goes the other way 😅

It’s odd that some women with straight hair like to curl it, and even more so, many women with curly hair like to straighten it. For an event or something, I can understand if you’d like a different look, but I hope all women could learn to love and appreciate their own natural hair.
