Plant garlic and rosemary in your yard, this helps pretty good with all kinds of bugs especially fleas & ticks for your pets. Also if your having a fire or small burner, wet rosemary, garlic & basil..use it as a you would smoking chips on a fire. This has proven for me to keep mosquitoes far away while outside at night

Dish or Clothes detergent?

I know that peppermint and lavender oils are great for repelling bugs but haven’t heard that Eucalyptus does too...

For those in heavy mosquito, flea & tick areas. Adding ACV to the mix w/ roughly equal parts water. It gives it a extra kick to ward off those bloodsuckers. Always remember to patch test for allergy reaction before use. Also great for pet protection on walks/hikes. Always avoid the eyes on yourself & pets too.
