It’s a CONTAINER home, you can buy BRAND SPANKING NEW 40’ Containers for about max ~4, maybe on the expensive side $5000!
The concept of building a container home is to keep costs CHEAP, not slightly less expensive, but CHEAP…!
So you’re NOT getting $50000k for those 6 welded or bolted together $5,000 containers!!!
And if you pay that, YOU’re a FOOL!!

Well, in the carriage house apartment, I would have switch places with the laundry room in the bathroom and expanded the bathroom to put a tub in it. I would have made the laundry room smaller and have the bathroom. Have two entrances one from the bedroom and one from the hall or broken it down somehow, and made two. small bedrooms😊

Really smart idea for a short term prenatal. Purchase the land and then build a home with cheap material. No mortgage and minimal monthly expenses. 👍🏾
