Hello mate, how do you think which one will stay longer by one charge Coros Apex 2 or Forerunner 255, i know that the apex 2 has 45 hours in gps mode which is 15 more hours than 255, but in just smartwatch mode it's only 3 day longer?

I want to buy Venu2 or FR255. But I don't know which one will be the best for me. I don't run as much as i used to... For now I workout more. But I want to get back to running a little bit and in future Im think to take a sprint triahatlon. But I don't know when I will take this, I don't even know IF I will take triathlon. But if I will I think it will be nice to have this options that FR255 has. To be honest it will be nice to have for now, (when im not running that much) to have that option as running power etc, just to have it. Or am I wrong? Also the Venu2 is older (not to say "old") than FR255. Could someone help me to choose right?

hi people, I just got the 255s music, i'm having a lot of trouble conntecting spotify, it's not available on my garmin iq store, it says "need to update your forerunner 255s music via garmin express", but in my garmin express it says my device is all up to date, does anyone know why I cann' tinstall spotify for garmin? thaanks

I’m new to running, and to the Garmin stratosphere (traditional Apple user). After realizing my Apple Watch was not accepted for my first virtual race, I purchased a Forerunner 55. It was awkward getting used to buttons, instead of a touch screen, but I actually like it during racing/training. After watching some reviews, I went ahead and ordered a Forerunner 255/music. I appreciate your review of the major features of both trackers!

Great review. I have been looking at getting the fr255 as a health monitoring watch. I have garmin edge 830 already as I mainly ride. How do the two work together? Does the date captured from an edge device effect results on fr255? I can’t find a definitive answer

Good review. The health and fitness capabilities look good, but from this review the screen which looks really low resolution (255x255) compared to equivalently priced watches (e.g. Samsung & Apple). So it looks dated to me. Lack of touch screen and blood pressure are a killer for the price.

How well does the music function work? Does it connect well with most Bluetooth earbuds when running outdoors?

Only 1 question, do you get picture previews on text messages? The 245 refers you to the phone. Thats a feature worth the upgrade to me. That and garmin pay.

If you were choosing between the fr255 music at $593 and the older fr945 (non lte) at $494. What would you do? Be interesting to see a video comparing these 2 watches

Thanks for the detailed video. How do you get the display contrast look so crisp? Or is it the color correction of video footage? In reality, the black levels and saturation of display looks very washed. Is there an option to tweak that? I can only find settings for brightness. Cheers!

Great reviews but a lot of reviewers are referring to these watches as plastic, but they are polymer. Yes it feels and looks like plastic, but it is significantly stronger. And under many circumstances it can hold up to impact much better than stainless steel and certainly better than aluminum.
