How to Disable and Enable Touch Screen on Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, and Windows 10/11 PC?

OMG... even your own device did not show that option so you used a screen shot to show us.... com on man....

Recently cracked my screen and the touch screen has been on the Frits. It was actually bugging out so much, I was just barely able to navigate to where I needed to go to disable the thing
