The movie wasn't up to standard. I think I can give solid 5 out of 10.

This probably scared folks back in the day, but it’s very tamed by todays standards. There’s really no point going back and watching the original when the sequels are so much better.

Once I got past the bowl haircuts it was classic psych horror: if Norman Bates can be obsessed with his dead mother, Mrs. Voorhees can be obsessed with her dead son…

These must be one of the most stupid trailers for a horror film. The film is crap, but Cunningham was wise and smart to cash in the 1978 Halloween success.

This trailer just gave it away on the deaths.

Let's be honest this film sucked. For a puberting teen it had its moments, and if it helped K. Bacon's career along it can't be all bad, but where, for example, would this one rank amongst his other efforts? Love that the truck driver drops Annie off halfway to the camp so she can be promptly killed. At least he warned her...

Wow, this was filmed where I went to high school in Blairstown. The locals were more scary than anything happening in these movies ! heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Nothing beats 80s slasher/horror

It's Friday The 13th October 2023 and it's Jason Voorhees birthday what a way to celebrate his birthday then to watch all of the Friday The 13th movies I could never do it but watch a scary movie and besides it's October the spooky month.

МЕРЗКИЙ сатанинский ФИЛЬМ, ДЬЯВОЛЬСКАЯ НАСМЕШКА, И пример МАНИПУЛЯЦИИ человеком , а ПОЧЕМУ надо понимать следующее. ФИЛЬМ НАМЕРЕННО «РАЗЖИГАЕТ», но В ДУШАХ самих ЗРИТЕЛЕЙ, действие такой СТРАШНОЙ ПОРОЧНОЙ СТРАСТИ как СТРАХ. А ЭТО ГРЕХ. А ГРЕХ это РАНА которую человек наносит прежде всего сам СВОЕЙ ДУШЕ. РАНА которая ОТКРЫВАЕТ ДУШУ ДЛЯ ДЕМОНОВ мучителей, БЕСОВ ПОРОЧНЫХ СТРАСТЕЙ, слуг дьявола. И ВОТ ТАК, с помощью этой порочной страсти, ДЬЯВОЛ и «ВВОДИТ» В ДУШУ человека ДЕМОНОВ МУЧИТЕЛЕЙ разных ПОРОЧНЫХ СТРАСТЕЙ. Ну А «ОБЩЕНИЕ» человека в жизни С любым ДЕМОНОМ, «ПРИВЕДЁТ», рано или поздно, только к одному, или К ПСИХИЧЕСКОМУ РАССТРОЙСТВУ, или УБИЙСТВУ, или САМОУБИЙСТВУ. И к АДУ для ДУШИ после физической СМЕРТИ тела. А ПОЧЕМУ НАСМЕШКА. КАК примерно ВЫГЛЯДИТ ДЕМОН МУЧИТЕЛЬ МЕСТИ ПОКАЗАНО В этом ФИЛЬМЕ, ЭТО ГЛАВНЫЙ ГЕРОЙ. И потому что мало кто из зрителей поймёт что реально происходит в этом фильме. ПОЭТОМУ БЫЛО БЫ ХОРОШО, ЧТОБЫ КАЖДЫЙ зритель наоборот ПОНИМАЛ это. НО ЭТО очень «тонкие» моменты, ПОНЯТЬ которые МОЖНО будет ТОЛЬКО ЧИТАЯ, И ГЛАВНОЕ, ИЗУЧАЯ КНИГУ ЖИЗНИ, СВЯТОЕ ЕВАНГЕЛИЕ.

Да и ПОРОЧНЫЕ СТРАСТИ это ГОРДЫНЯ, ТЩЕСЛАВИЕ, ЛУКАВСТВО, СЕБЯЛЮБИЕ, ТРУСОСТЬ, ЧЕЛОВЕКОУГОДИЕ, ЗАВИСТЬ, ЖАДНОСТЬ, ОСУЖДЕНИЕ, АЛЧНОСТЬ, СКУПОСТЬ, СРЕБРОЛЮБИЕ, ЛИЦЕМЕРИЕ, УНЫНИЕ, ЧРЕВОУГОДИЕ, ГНЕВ, РЕВНОСТЬ, ВОРОВСТВО, РАЗДРАЖЕНИЕ, ВЛАСТОЛЮБИЕ, ПОХОТЬ, ЛЮБОПЫТСТВО, ПЬЯНСТВО, КУРЕНИЕ, ПРЕЛЮБОДЕЯНИЕ, ОБИДЧИВОСТЬ, ЗАСТЕНЧИВОСТЬ, ХИТРОСТЬ, РАССЕЯННОСТЬ и т.д. и т.п. После, БОГ одел их в «одежды» что значит в тела, и ДАЛ ЗАПОВЕДЬ «ПЛОДИТЕСЬ и РАЗМНОЖАЙТЕСЬ» и заселяйте Землю. НО для размножения, В ПОЛОВЫЕ ОТНОШЕНИЯ ПРИХОДИЛОСЬ ВСТУПАТЬ БРАТУ С СЕСТРОЙ. И ЭТО было вызвано необходимостью а НЕ ПОХОТЬЮ. И ВОТ ПОЧЕМУ КАЖДЫЙ рождающийся ребёнок уже ГРЕШЕН. Только не физическое(физическое если вызвано похотью, между родными братьями и сёстрами), а так называемое ПЕРВОРОДНОЕ (ДУХОВНОЕ , ПРИЧИНА которого ГРЕХОПАДЕНИЕ) ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЕ(ГРЕХ, ПОРОЧНАЯ СТРАСТЬ) НА КАЖДОМ человеке при рождении. И У КАЖДОГО человека своя СОБСТВЕННАЯ СТРАСТЬ. И ЭТО БОЛЕЗНЬ, но БОЛЕЗНЬ прежде всего ДУХОВНОГО ПЛАНА. И именно ПОРОЧНЫЕ СТРАСТИ людей являются ПРИЧИНОЙ ВСЕХ БЕД, СТРАДАНИЙ, и РАЗРУШИТЕЛЬНЫХ ДЕЙСТВИЙ на Земле. А вот условия ОСВОБОЖДЕНИЯ ОТ этого ПЕРВОРОДНОГО ГРЕХА(ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ, СТРАСТИ) как раз и ЗАПИСАНЫ в КНИГЕ ЖИЗНИ, СВЯТОМ ЕВАНГЕЛИЕ. НО СНАЧАЛА , чтобы донести их людям, сам СЫН, БОГ СЛОВО ВОЧЕЛОВЕЧИЛСЯ(ИИСУС ХРИСТОС, имя ИИСУС означает СПАСИТЕЛЬ). А ЕГО за это РАСПЯЛИ. Но ОСТАЛОСЬ СВЯТОЕ ЕВАНГЕЛИЕ. Вот ЭТО и есть БОЖЕСТВЕННЫЕ УСЛОВИЯ , во первых ИЗБАВЛЕНИЯ ОТ ПЕРВОРОДНОГО ГРЕХА(а правильней сказать от ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ), И во вторых ДЛЯ СПАСЕНИЯ ДУШИ человеческой, ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ ЖИЗНИ ВЕЧНОЙ для ДУШИ, ПОСЛЕ физической СМЕРТИ тела , В ЦАРСТВИЕ НЕБЕСНОМ.

И поэтому ИСТИННАЯ ВЕРА В БОГА, в первую очередь ЗАКЛЮЧАЕТСЯ В «БОРЬБЕ» каждого ЧЕЛОВЕКА, ПРИ ЗЕМНОЙ ЖИЗНИ, СО своими собственными ПОРОЧНЫМИ СТРАСТЯМИ, И только ТАК можно получить СПАСЕНИЕ для своей ДУШИ.

Ну И ЕСЛИ каждый человек захочет "БОРОТЬСЯ" СО своими ПОРОЧНЫМИ СТРАСТЯМИ , ТО для начала, НУЖНО ПОВЕРИТЬ В БОГА, ПРЕСВЯТУЮ ТРОИЦУ: ОТЦА(СОЗДАТЕЛЯ ВСЕГО ЖИВОГО И НЕ ЖИВОГО, ВИДИМОГО мира и НЕ ВИДИМОГО),через СЫНА БОГА СЛОВО(ИИСУСА ХРИСТА), СВЯТОГО ДУХА.

А ЧТОБЫ "ПРИЙТИ" к БОГУ или ПОЗНАТЬ БОГА необходимо ПОКАЯНИЕ.

Ну А для того ЧТОБЫ ПОНЯТЬ ВСЁ что написано выше , И для ИСКРЕННЕГО ХРИСТИАНСКОГО ПОКАЯНИЯ, которое необходимо УСПЕТЬ(потому что ВРЕМЕНИ осталось очень МАЛО, возможно даже примерно 4 МЕСЯЦА, И ВСЁ(смотри СВЯТОЕ ЕВАНГЕЛИЕ от МАТФЕЯ, ГЛ. 24)) СДЕЛАТЬ при ЗЕМНОЙ ЖИЗНИ ЧЕЛОВЕКА, ПЕРВЫМ "шагом" будет (и как об этом уже упоминалось выше) ЧТЕНИЕ и ГЛАВНОЕ, ИЗУЧЕНИЕ КНИГИ ЖИЗНИ, СВЯЩЕННОГО ПИСАНИЯ НОВЫЙ ЗАВЕТ. ✋🏻

Consistently Pray for forgiveness, guidance in a good (positive) direction, and for help against evil. Pray to be saved from hell  (whatever that may be). Pray for your friends and your family too, it only takes a minute or so/less at a time to pray. Do it and your life will slowly get better, or maybe quickly. It probably just depends on you and the kind of person you are/have been. Don't wait until its too late and you have to suffer the consequences of built up bad karma from immoral acts/unrepented sins. Maybe together we can help make the world a better place by changing ourselves for the better, and changing things around us for the better.
And addressing/thanking the CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE, LORD GOD at the beginning and end of your prayers would be a good idea.
Be my friend and I will pray for you, but I do not know how much help me doing so will give you. You should try to practice daily prayer yourself.

Recently I began a marathon of Friday the 13th series, as I may have watched 2 or 3 periodically before, but never the complete saga. I really don't understand what kept this franchise alive for so long... Acting is absolutely terrible, dialogues couldn't be any worse, no plots, no twists, no real motive for the killer (except that stupidity 'you killed my mommy so I'm gonna kill the whole world because of you', I just watched the fourth installment and every one is the same.... The characters are so faceless that you would almost cheer for Jason if he actually had charachter himself.... He's just a pathetic whiner which you don't virtually even see in first three movies, you just watch everything from his POV. And the kills are so boring and without any imagination.... BOOM, I stabbed you, BOOM I stabbed you, and of course you know when he's about to stab someone 5 minutes prior to the kill itself... SERIOUSLY BAD FRANCHISE... And it's not up to era, I've seen movies from 70's and 80's with terrific script, acting and suspense.... this has none, this is just bad... I would understand if it was a pioneer in anyway, but since Halloween was out before Friday, I really don't get those movies, they are awful.
