Excellent teacher! Thank you for this recipe and the really easy-to-follow demonstration.

Another tip to know when it’s cooked is that it will have a sort of yellow-ish film covering the top of the pancake and when all the pancake(or most) is covered with it then you flip it. Keep in mind don’t put the heat too high or the bottom will burn while the top is still runny

Can you add vanilla flavouring?

A question which I hope you will respond, can we use wheat flour in this recipe which will be more healthy that all purpose flour or white flour and also can I use jaggery instead of sugar. Could you please respond and also tell me the quantity I should use in the case of jaggery, will it be the same 30 grams like sugar. Also can I use coconut oil instead of butter. I am asking these questions as we have issues with health. But I must tell you I could not refrain from making these pancakes, they came out just superb. I want to make them again and again but can you tell me if I could use the ingredients I have mentioned above.
