Just to be picky, there is no such thing as a pilot license in the US, soooo all plane are flown without a pilot license. Pilots are certificated, not licensed.

In 99% of countries in the world, you DO need a pilots license to fly these aircraft except maybe America.

Illegal to fly anything without a licence in my country, no I can't buy something and fly without a licence. Oh how Americans love to speak for everyone
