I personally liked the waggle for DKC Returns

I love goldeneye (epsecialy unreleased but finished by fans remake for x360), but i hate it's stupid aiming - the idea was good, and both PSX Medal of Honor games did it right, but Goldeneye, Perfect Dark and Timesplitters 1/2 aiming is just pain.

Revisiting this masterpiece after Red Dead Redemption was announced for PS4 and Nintendo Switch, but not PC.

Hey Dunkey, I know this is an old video but there is a mod for the PC emulator that lets you use analog controls for Mario 64 DS. There's also a version for the Wii U's VC release and even one for when you're playing it on 3DS.

I'm playing it on 3DS right now with a widescreen mod and it is more of a remix of Mario 64 rather than a straight up remake / remaster. Still a great time with lots of new mechanics and levels and the different characters play really different too. It's really fun way to revisit Mario 64!

I came here after learning about the "Red Dead Redemption Remaster" tragedy... 😔

Gotta say, I am really sad with how well this has aged

When I bought the silent hill HD collection, I had no idea about the bad reviews. I did end up noticing wierd graphics but I figured this was because it was a Playstation game, but I couldn't be more wrong. Not to mention silent hill 3 doesn't give you the option to have the original voices.

Actually both GoldenEye and Perfect Dark had Dual Analog controls.
You had to use two controllers though, so it was not that intuitive...

I've watched this like 10 times by now.

They finally remade Klonoa 2 (along with Klonoa 1, again), and it's decent! Looks like Namco listened, at least.

Update Goldeneye 007 - there's a proper original version on xbox now adapted to modern controllers. Had a blast in the split screen while drunk with a friend. Best drunk gaming session we ever had.

In the Ocarina of Time remake -- allowing 'boots' to switch by pressing a button, rather than pausing, unequipping/re-equipping, then unpausing... This was a HUGE fix... And allowing the ocarina to have it's own button rather than occupying an item slot slot.. Also cool

In the Spyro remaster, I was finally able to free this one dragon I was never able to get to as a kid because of the janky flying and rigid object detection. 11/10 best remaster ever

The skyrim remaster has two good things
- upgrade from 32 to 64bit improves performance immensely
- it was free for everyone with dragonborn
