Peanut butter guy should just get an allergy panel done and be like "WOW! Turns out I'm NOT allergic to peanut butter!"

Cheaters will never know the irreparable damage that it does to a family. Especially how it effects the children/child.

the allergy one is easy, docters often do allergy tests when you are young that give a broad spectrum of things you could be allergic to but that doesnt mean everything. i was always told by docters growing up that i was allergic to tree nuts in general but as life as gone one ive found a few i can still eat. guy could litteraly just say he was told he had the allergy but found out he actually didnt.

Man it’s crazy that this is one of their most popular shows, because I can only watch like an episode every few weeks or months. Sometimes their takes are infuriating, they forget info mentioned ahead of time, and they assume so much. I try to only watch the more lighthearted episodes because these videos can get me so heated.

Whatever it takes to spare a man’s feelings right?

Peanut butter guy can actually get out of that easy. Its possible for someone to lose and even gain allergies over time. As a kid I love shrimp. Nowadays shrimp clogs my throat and I miss the taste so bad. At the same time as a kid I had asthma attacks. Now im basically fine and havent had asthma in years.

Guy could easily make up a story where he ate something not knowing it had nuts and it became this huge thing that he discovered he lost his peanut butter allergy.

Y’all should make an episode where the theme of stories is not told at the beginning and the two on the couch have to piece together what they think the theme of the stories are as they hear more.

My great grandmother passed away my senior year of undergrad and I was so close to saying fuck it and dropping out. I was spiraling but I had already started an internship connected to my classes and I’m in the social work field so I had clients depending on me. Knowing that she would want me to finish pushed me through but omg it was not easy getting through those last 2 semesters.

The first story really hit me. I’m currently a first-year college student, but I was supposed to be entering my second year this upcoming school year. However, I decided to shift my program because of a course I dropped, which led me to re-enroll as a first-year student. I thought I would still be able to take the subject I dropped the following year. I was devastated and scared that everyone around me would judge me or think I wasn’t studying hard enough, even though I’ve been doing my best to keep up with my subjects. The comments from the first story made me emotional because they helped me realize that it doesn’t matter how long it takes to finish college, and it doesn’t matter if others judge me. What truly matters is graduating with valuable knowledge and using it to find a meaningful job in the future. Thank you, Smosh, and thank you to the Redditors out there.

I saw some guys on a podcast where the dude lied about being Australian for 9 months to a new group of friends while on a long trip and got a girlfriend who he lived with for 6 months and kept up the lie to her. Accent and all. Even lied about his back story to cover how he had an American passport. He was complaining about having to keep it up even during pillow talk. And all the comments were praising him. And I was just disgusted. I wish it was a Reddit post so y’all could have reacted because it was wild.

The peanut allergy story — my sisters ex husband lied about a mushroom allergy to the point he faked going into anaphylactic shock at a pizza place cuz he did legit find a sliver of mushroom on the slice he took. My sister had relearned her favorite recipes so he could eat it too, never ate mushrooms herself even if he was out of town. Revealed after the divorce that he was not in fact allergic.

Hey anyone who finds themselves in that position of the first story, reach out to your professors. I was in a bad situation at the end of my senior year and that could have been me, but i reached out to my professors and got an incomplete and was able to finish what I needed to during the summer and graduate. This story made me feel not alone and all the comments are also making me feel not alone. We all want to see each other succeed and I know we will. I believe in you!

I couldn't have peppermint as a kid, I'm not allergic to peppermint, I'm allergic to menthol 😮

When we were first married, I made more than my husband, because I have a degree and he doesn't. And men used to ask him all the time if he had a problem with it and he was like....No? Why should I? It's nice she makes money. I want her to make as much as she can? And yeah, the insecurity of a certain kind of man just cannot allow his female partner to be more accomplished than him at anything.

I think the thing about taking a break between high school and collage also comes down to privilege. A lot of people, to now say the majority, can't take a break, they can't figure it out who they are and what they wan and they can't travel and stuff.

Like I get the point Amanda was trying to say but it's just not an option for a lot of people.
