. Man, I miss crazy parties in my youth like these. My lawyer friend says they don't really exist anymore the same way b/c as the years progressed cops just kept getting worse and worse about busting them up. In the late 80's we had block parties. One party at my home I think I counted almost 200 cars. He said, you'll never see that ever really be allowed ever again. Don't know if he's right, but I can't say I've driven by one anywhere in at least 20 years.....not those mega-party types of parties we had....people jumping of the roofs of houses into pools and such. Or, waking up the next morning and finding girl's panties on my car antennae and a guy passed out naked in the front yard with a foam Trojan condom hat on. 😄

In college in the 80's I slammed a six pack at once like this, by funnel. Yeah, I'm still alive !! However, what I was not expecting was how cold I got. It instantly lowered my body temperature and I was shaking hard from being cold. Luckily it was during the day and I ran outside into the sun. It took over 20 minutes to warm back up.
I was really poor in college, and could slam a beer faster than anyone, so I'd purposefully challenge big, drunk, cocky guys for cash that I could beat them. I'd talk some smack to get them fired up before challenging them. I made a little side money that way.....no joke,

Man it was so easy to laugh at this scene as a kid cuz you were a kid and just didn't understand how dumb life is then. The only thing in life is partying and reloading for the next party. Probably own a single fitted sheet that they wash once a month. The standard boring showerhead covered in mildew spraying at them like it's prison. 3 whole pieces of furniture that all came from separate garage sales/thrift stores/curbs about to be thrown out.

On the other side, the old boring fart. He probably invests more money from one paycheck than any single person there's entire outfit is worth. His wife will make his house look more like Home & Garden and less like a Steve Carrell's apartment in 40 Year Old Virgin after the toys and anime are removed. Plus the old fart will probably buy some new toys of his own, a man loves working in his garage.

So grateful to now be having nice Saturday mornings at Lowe's & Bed, Bath & Beyond instead of nursing hangovers and throwing away a million beer cans.
