The remaing cables should go into the hdd which don't use and optical unit which you do not have.

You should change the thermal paste of the processor and the thermal paste of the graphics card at least once a year.

My pc is same price but better. I am using Mai pro z790-p Wi-Fi arc lga1700 motherboard, 4070, 2tb Samsung 980, Nzxt h9 flow, 2x 3 pack Lian li fans, one lian li fan, 32 t-force ram, be quiet, pure power 12m 850 w 80+ gold psu, and i5 13600k, lian li cpu coller 360mm, lian li strimmer rgb, 20-30% better and better looking

Built my own twice now and soon be doing a third.
My cable management isn't fantastic and i always get a sweat on handling the cpu and installing the cooler but overall its fairly easy.
Maybe the connectors can be a bit confusing at times but i've managed to have a pc that turned on first time on both occasions :)

why didnt you apply thermal paste to the cpu?
