Best Programm
ОтветитьI love it how he calls you out for you not listening and following what he's saying. You're not really into this Philipp, but thank you for doing this for us.
ОтветитьI have two questions. Question number one is: how often can I train the same skill per week ( I’m 16 years old) and should I take Rest days between the Saisons with the same skill. Question number two is: I’m not quite sure if he mean 12-20 sets per Saison per skill or all together. Would be nice if you can answer me.
PS wenn ihr Deutsch seid (wobei ich mir nicht sicher bin) dann könnt ihr gerne auch auf Deutsch antworten. Würde mich wirklich sehr über eine Antwort freuen 🤝👌👍
Very useful information, thanks for this interview, it helps a lot
ОтветитьAlessandro was a delight. especially in English:)

ОтветитьBest Interview I've watched from you guys yet! Great Info :)
ОтветитьThis guy is absolutely amazing. Damn I wish there were coaches like him in my country...
ОтветитьMore interviews with coaches👍
ОтветитьWhat do you guys see as the upper limit for volume in calistenics (per training session and per week). I find my pulling doesnt recover as fast as my push so I do about 15-18 sets per week pull and 18-22 sets a week push. I try to start on the low end at the beginning of the month and then add a set each week until I no longer can beat or tie my previous weeks workout. The only problem is I like to switch exercises and so sometimes that makes tracking not as efficient. Its a bit of hardcore tracking combines with intuitive training
ОтветитьThis one of my favorite interviews here the on the GORNATION channel FOR SURE!
ОтветитьYou should interview Daniel Vadnal from FitnessFAQs or Florian Marrec.
