I love your videos. Thank you.
I noticed you listed Oregon as a state that makes us register our guns.
That is not true. We don’t register guns here.
Michael Glanz
ILLINOIS. The assault weapons registry is not voluntary. It is not well implemented but it is legally required.
ОтветитьIt took me 11 days short of 4 years to get my Glock back from Baltimore PD and it was not evidence of a crime nor was it confiscated. My car got towed from my property(an error with the finance company caused it to have an errant a repo order), and it was simply inventoried by the tow company and in Baltimore they rewuire law enforcement to release the firearm to you. Since I had just moved to Baltimore from California, it had not been registered in MD yet, so they would not release it. Had to do a trace from ATF to prove it was mine and still took years, and dozens of calls, changing requirements every time I called, dozens of times where the "person to talk to" wasn't available, etc etc etc.
Finally got it back and it has now been retired in my gun room as a veteran of stupid gun law BS.
Whenever the ffls get audited now, all the info is on the first page of the 4473. They photograph every 4473 before they even get to the audit. Watched them do it at 2 different ffls i go to
ОтветитьGreat info guys
ОтветитьI don't trust Biden, I don't trust Trump and I don't trust Harris. They all are part of the Hegelian dialectic social engineering enslavement of the USA people through the evil Freemason religion.
ОтветитьNew Jersey, if you have a ccw you must give a serial number of the firearm , firearms . You will be carrying. To me that's a registration.
Ответитьanother "legal" question, is if you sell one of your FFL bought guns, in a private sale... should you keep a bill of sale to prove you sold it and who you sold it too, and they use it in a crime or they sell it and it's used in a crime?
Ответитьwhen an FFL calls in for a NIC request... they give your name and address and that you are purchasing a WEAPON... no serial numbers but is it a long gun, pistol, or other... so they have your name and address in an UNOFFICIAL REGISTRY.... that is NOT just a Felony search... what if you came into a lottery winning and wanted to buy 30 vintage / collectable or high quality guns you've always dreamed of owning?... and NIC started getting calls you were buying guns every day from gun dealers all over the country... you don't think they'd start an "investigation" or even pay you a visit and demand to see what you bought, and why, and record the serial numbers?
ОтветитьListen here lady... I need one of you
Ответитьlove your site was a consturtion for man for year s long ret had many workers come from other states many had guns in trailers in ca they like to hunt on day off some bought and sold shot guns to find on that fit got some in bars yard sales so they where bad crimals ??? . the big thing we cant atf cought non legally makeing lists of gun owners this make them crimals so any one using any info from atf cant use this in court it ftuit from poison tree plese do vido on this 1000s of case is could throwing out thanks ????
Ответитьso Police or Feds do a "lost or stolen" search... you're good to go... however, THEY now have your name and serial number "REGISTERED" with them and in their Data Base as a recorded "stop with a gun" and for what reason... and is that "stop" now searchable if you are, for a totally different reason, stopped again?
ОтветитьThe ATF is lying and breaking the law. They are ABOVE the Constitution. Also, if a cop runs your firearm, its serial number and YOUR name are forever linked at your local Fusion Center. Geass who has access to those records? Yep, your lovable ATF.
ОтветитьGood presentation, thank you!
ОтветитьWhich is exactly why none of my firearms are registered with the state of Hawaii, they were all private purchases from out of state. They have no idea what I have, so they cant come knocking on my door asking me about them.
ОтветитьI live in Washington state. When you buy a handgun here, the law requires that the FFL register to you as part of the sale. This includes private sales, as they also require private sales to be done through an FFL so they can become registered while saying it's to keep guns out of the wrong hands by requiring a 4473 and background check. Which will totally work because all black market/ stolen gun sales will definitely comply 🤔
ОтветитьI wonder if it would be a good idea to keep all my pre-4473 firearms in a separate safe in a different room... just in case they show up with a list of guns I have purchased since 1998.
ОтветитьIf I hadn’t lost all mine in a boating accident I would never register them
ОтветитьThe gun shows up clear,,,but the 700$ knife, lol got it for a great deal. Hint hint,, its stolen but not registered and didn't need permission to have it! Its so stupid and all only a means of controlling the most effective tools against big "daddy"
ОтветитьDid you ask for permission to own your tv? Its no different.
ОтветитьClark County Nevada (Las Vegas) makes you register all hand guns...outside of Clark County I believe the only other county in NV that does is the county Reno is in...funny those are the two counties that require emission testing,
ОтветитьBill of Rights Amendment Two: "A well regulated militia [not FBI, ATF, DoJ or the Police], being necessary for the security of a free state, the right of the People [not FBI, ATF, DoJ or the Police] to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed".
ОтветитьHad a cop run my pistol years ago and told me it was stolen. I told him that was impossible as I had purchased it from a deputy and had a receipt. He gave me my 686 back. So what does that tell you?
ОтветитьLeann Rimes!!! That’s who she reminds me of.
ОтветитьRegistered...LOL! OK, the serial is...shiny blank spot where numbers have never been stamped.
ОтветитьWe could just all meet up regularly and do gun swaps.
Swap meet anybody?
Hawaii people that have legally acquired long guns before 1993 need not register them (yet!) shhhhhh
ОтветитьI want to hear your BullShit!
ОтветитьMichigan?
ОтветитьYou listed Oregon as having a registry when we don’t have a registry.
ОтветитьMichigan when you purchase a handgun you have to drop the paperwork at the local police station
ОтветитьOnly place that I would want anything resembling a database of my guns is an insurance policy. Assuming the Feds want it, they would(I assume) need to subpoena my insurance company for the list.
ОтветитьIt should be noted since it was glossed over without mention. Some states legally require you to use a FFL as an intermediary for private sales so it may not be possible to own some guns without paper trails in some states. Check your local laws before assuming you can simply hand someone cash and take home a new firearm.
ОтветитьI wonder what all these states have in common 🤔.
ОтветитьThe government doesn't have any real reason or need to know what guns I have! It is NONE of their business!!!
ОтветитьFew black powder guns also 😂
ОтветитьShame I lost all of my guns in Ukraine.
ОтветитьDoes this apply to guns temporarily handed over to an FFL gunsmith for repair?
ОтветитьAny State agent that doesnt know the difference between "laws" and statutes is an oath breaker and needs to have their surety bond pulled. Legal and lawful are totally different
Ответитьi never registered mine... putting your name on a list only opens you up to being aa target. Also, Oregon doesnt require registration, unless you have some information that ive never seen.
ОтветитьDo you two not know the legal definition of a "State"? Please look that up in 26 US Code 7701 (9-10) and then tell me if that legal argument can be substantiated.
Also, same Code and subsection (a)(1) is the legal definition of a "person", does anyone here meet that definition when they carry?
The State has made their claims in the form of codes, statutes, etc. With these claims, the State bears the burden of proof. Hold the State accountable to their claims via legal definitions and surety bonds.
The confiscation of arms is a hostile act of war
ОтветитьSo what if you inherited a firearm from a family owner who passed away? Do you register that firearm?
ОтветитьMichigan has one for handguns.
ОтветитьPeople if you would just quit complying with them.
ОтветитьYep. Unfortunately I live in the shitshow called California. This State is so fucked by Demorats! I truly wish we had a way to get these idiots out of power and get things back to a much better place.
ОтветитьWhen the dealers go computer forms you can bet the gestapo has that info.
ОтветитьMost cities in NC now have “ordinances” where you must provide proof you’re the owner before your firearm is returned to you. Doesn’t matter under what circumstances it was taken. Being able to get records from my ffl as the only way I got a firearm back that my son accidentally left in his car when he loaned that car to a friend.
