I do calisthenics and i train legs at least twice a week

ног вообще нет , никто не жмет больше чем приседает в принципе ))) не умение бороться со сверх напряжением. Наличие силы от турников и брусьев = наличие силы от турников и брусьев. Через месяц 150 не пожмешь , как сказал тренер ), потому что ты не с улицы пришел после пива, а верхняя часть тела уже имеет тренированность, оп сути ты не с нуля стартуешь , а это решающий фактор в скорости развития.

This is interesting! I mean I am not even a quarter that trained as you, but I did “easy” calisthenics all my life and can do even some advanced exercises, but then I tried CrossFit recently and I just hated that trading with that barbell. It’s something totally different then Training with you own body weight.

So I am a very short guy with a large build, in that I have very broad shoulders, large chest, and have have always been very heavy for my height. That had been a combination of very overweight combined with medical conditions, but recently have trimmed down over 30kgs, and nearly as light as I was in high school, but what I would like your advice on, is how does a short broad shouldered and generally muscly person adjust towards callisthenics?
For context, I am 5’6” and am now 87kgs compared to 118kgs a few years ago….
Oh and I used to bench press 120kg, and leg press 450kg when I was in my early twenties…. That was 20 years ago!
