Thank you very much! You made me make my very first edible(great) food ever!
I like this tutorial with the subtitles, and it was really informative thank you dude.
Little tip if you want your cabbage and carrots to be crunchy (or any vegetable) - combine all in a wire colander and add a few pinches of salt. Mix thoroughly and set over a bowl to let the water drain out. Once cabbage and carrots have set for an hour, rinse quickly to remove excess salt. You'll end up with crunchier vegetables if you pull the water out of it before fyring.
You can cook like a chef, but the heat in the restaurant kitchen is preferred to get that restaurant flavor. Sorry to disappoint you…
Ответитьsesame oil is best--change my mind!! don't use flavorless oils unless you like the taste of burning engine

Do I have to use more dark soy sauce, or can I use hoisin sauce? I don’t have oyster sauce. And what oils are best to use? I have sesame oil, but can I use olive oil too? Or does it not matter what oil to use?

Wonderful recipe…My family loved it. Not a bit left. They cleaned the bowl..👍
Recipe is super yummy and mouth watering..😋
