If you don't plan to animate it, simply typing "/1.78" into the end of the vertical blocks value will do the trick. (Typing math into a field in AE does the calculation inline) This is better so that you don't have a math operation running every frame!

Great tutorial bro! But I have one question here. What if I want this logo or text animation to start appearing not from the middle to the edges, but vice versa, starting from the outer edges and ending in the middle (for example the animation of 2 square blocks that are sliding from both sides and are reviling the text from left and right outer edges to the middle), is it possible to achieve that? And how it can be done?
