Unusual Tricks that are Very Helpful in Destiny 2

I'm new not a new player but haven't played for a few months. I haven't seen that harmonizer item. What is it and how do I use it? What I'd the best weapon to use said item on in your opinion?

Swapping armor during an encounter is a laugh. It's cool but practical? Any time I go to swap anything when enemies are closing in or spawning I start to see my screen blink red as I'm beginning to die watching spinning icons slowly become the weapons and armor I'm trying to change out. If Destiny's servers would get updated so we can swap weapons in real game time and also not get booted out of activities a couple times a day I think we would all be happier with this game. The less mounting frustration, the less people will rage quit over slow loads and bad mechanics etc.

For anyone doing the glimmer farming via resource nodes:
The Dreaming City is probably your best option to do it fast. Load into the Divalian Mists, do a quick run through (should be 5-7 Baryon Boughs, usually 6), and then fast travel back to the beginning. If you’re solo, the game has a habit of putting you into a completely different instance with untouched resources.
Takes maybe 2 minutes to do, easy 6k glimmer minimum, not a bad glimmer farm if you really need it and want it done fast.

Oh, and side note here; if you’ve maxed the season pass and don’t need more xp for levels, use a ghost with Ultimate Glimmer Booster if at all possible.

Edit: You can do the same anti-champion stuff if you have a Zephyr with Cold Steel. I actually prefer it for Unstoppable Champs because you can Light-Heavy to freeze VERY quickly.

just in case people dont know but dragon shadow also give you 50 mobility when the buff is active, so you dont have to do 100 mobility if you dont want to

Rdm is cool, but combination blow outdoes it on its own. Heavy handed will proc off of any melee kill while combination blow is active, so even your uncharged melees will spawn orbs for 15 seconds

Another exotic pairing is between Star Eater Scales and Celestial Nighthawk.

The best way to farm glimmer imo is high add content on europa because you can turn herealways pieces into glimmer

My favorite combo for boss damage: lunafactions then switch to rain of fire, you still support your team with Lukas but can do insane rocket DPS with infinite reloads using Icarus dash. Bonus if you use heat rises to do 2 Icarus dashes

In regards to trick 11, there’s an even easier way and you barely have to worry about cooldowns or anything! Just be a solar titan using throwing hammer with the powered melee hits trigger radiant fragment. All you have to do is throw the hammer at an enemy, damage it (doesn’t have to kill) and pick the hammer back up again. Picking the hammer up fully refunds the cooldown so you can immediately throw it again! Rinse lather and repeat, you have infinite radiant!

He literally recommended to kick people from a fireteam if they can't do an obscure trick whilst using tractor cannon, that's just uncool, not only is it hard to do on controller for some people but then only heavy dps junkies and people who watched this know trick 3, so there's going to be a fair number of people kicked from fireteams because someone watching got mad their tractor cannon guy wasn't sacrificing part of their build for dps, thanks for this, but please god don't recommend kicking players for an obscure reason.

For the riptide part, this only works if you DON'T apply unstoppable fusion on the artifact. Radiant does not have anti-barrier effects on any weapons that are affected by mods on the seasonal artifact

For the radiant dance machines make sure you also equip special finisher and then use your special weapon as a primary (triple charged up and stacks on stacks for an even easier loop since you literally never run out of charges that way)

Swapping may be ok for pc players, but on console it takes to much time…😢

Regarding tip 6, when you die equip the chest piece with the reserves again, so when you get revived you still have them and then switch back again

Additional point on point number 6: if you have a rocket with 2 perks in 1 column, one of them being field prep, you can rally with field prep on it then swap to the second presumably more useful perk and you'll keep the bonus ammo from field prep

May I also remind you that Lament is a heavy and also needs frames capped to be good on Crota. Also there are just better builds than just triple shotgun swap for crota lmfao

Big cap for the tractor cannon. Not all tractor players are doing it for DPS. I go tractor with a Fusion so I can do oversoul. My goal is to be the support and focus on when it's time to go for the next round for a phase.

Also Crota takes 35% more damage passively from swords so why use shotgun swap with tractor right there when swords just outdamage. There IS also another method which pumps out FARRR more damage on crota than just tractor shotgun swap. Aggressive Frame shotgun swap with Heartshadow is what it can do.

For holding more ammo you only need 2 reserve mods on your chest to get 9 rockets. The other 1 you can use for your special weapon.
