If you check the ingredients on most "brain pills" theres usually about 100-200mgs of caffeine in there. Probably some L-theanine to help with jitters, and some other supplements. Maybe all that stuff does benefit your brain, but def the focus that everyone is feeling is placebo and caffeine.
