i have a low education so i thought this kind of information would be to hard for me to understand but after spending many hours listening to Manly it seems so clear what he's talking about.
i always had my doubts about things that where spyritual connected to me but i feel know that that doubt is taken away and feel reunited with my true self.

Love MPH! His description of Judo is closer to what Aikido is then what Judo has become today. I think he would have loved the work of Morihei Ueshiba (O-sensei)....they were contemporaries....I'm quite surprised MPH never mentioned him or his work, as Aikido has a deep esoteric dimension as opposed to Judo.

One of the best lectures yet!

I teach my kiddos that if they are distracted and stressed they can meditate to clear their mind or they can pray quietly for the truth to resolve or accept the issue at hand. MPH exquisitely described this so much better. Perhaps when they get old enough to listen and absorb it, I'll share this talk with them to help it sink in.
