Hey bro can i tell you i searching this cuz like a year back i had a dream about him it was vivid asf and i never nev about it after i started to look him up in greek mythology creatures and stuff it showed up and learnd its name was cthulhu so , now how i had a dream about this thing without knowing its existence then now i see it everywhere 🥹😭

And Cuthulu is basically bottom of the proverbial hierarchy of the Great Old Gods

Cthulhu isn’t a god, it’s a priest for the gods. Which is even scarier, considering that the gods in Lovecraft’s fiction, such as Azathoth and Yog Sothoth are literally not only the most powerful and terrifying beings in existence, but they are literally existence itself.

I kinda have a weird feeling when I hear the pronunciation as ka • thu • lhu. I've always, since the first time I've read Lovecraft's work, in my mind the most natural way to pronounce its name is thu • lhu.

I know there's no write or wrong way, but it sounds so natural for mi as cthulu (mute c)
