Everywhere I look, I can only find 90%-93% lean grass fed ground beef. Even at our local grass fed slaughter house

ОтветитьHallelu JAH! I still can see my feet....:) You mention Salmon, Dr. Berg. Dr. Robert Lustig mentioned that we must eat WILD SALMON because he eats alges and therefore contains Vitamin Omega 3; farm salmons eat corn and contain Omega 6 which is BAD.

I feel so much better giving up sugar. It was not that hard, I love vegetables and fruit and have very few carbs as well. I just don't want them.

ОтветитьHas anyone tried asparagus raw? Dr. Berg does not say how to eat the asparagus. Most vegetables have more nutrition raw than cooked.
ОтветитьBecause of this video, I asked my doctor to do an ultrasound to see if I have a fatty liver because I do have a LARGE abdomen. It came back negative for fatty liver.

Mid 40’s, eating all these foods recommended here, doing intermittent fasting 3-4 times 30-50 min exercise, meditating, drinking 3l water per day, taking supplements, having 6-7 hours sleep, still can’t lose a gram of fat. Unfortunately, most of it is stored in my belly.

ОтветитьDr. Berg, your videos have forever changed my eating habits for the good! Is it possible, for example with sauerkraut and nutritional yeast to recommend brands ) or what to look for on a lable), as i know most sauerkraut is pasteurized. I use the Red Star Nutritional Yeast, which probably isnt the best.
I love to put it on popcorn as well. DELISH!
