I have a question regarding who should come out with the solutions? Should it be the UX Designer or should it be the customers? I see that Jose is mainly acting as a facilitator role who brings the customer through the design process, guiding them what to think about and what is the next step. But should UX designer also provide the solutions for customers or just farcilitating the process? So, is providing solutions covered in the role and responsibility of UX Designer?

i feel i telling something about this video of yours and i dont know if this is stupid to say , and yeah this may be a part of user experience i dont know lol
but that sound that comes while you write on the white board that really irritates me. I believe that it irritates other people as well specially while using headphones.
So it would be great if you can find a solution for that because your videos are really good and if one cant listen to it, it becomes useless and yeah thats all.

i am totally new to ui and ux, i just had one question that is ui and ux design is all about designing websites and apps? like how the websites looks and how the app appears to a users or how a dialogue box should appear should it pop up from bottom or drop down from the top? is this how ui and ux design is? pls help me or at least guide me to a community where i can actually discuss my questions

Yes, Chris, Jose provides the professional presentation and stage presence that is congruent with your methodology and discipline. Having such a diciplined nature as yours, paired with co-stars who don't seem (on the surface) to apply that discipline to the content is confusing. It is not congruent with your brand (excellence, high-price, professionality, expertise, etc.).

What makes you think that adding the actual product in the last or near the last section will NOT turn off the customer and make them go away?
