Christine Ross is a murderous criminal who with her international mafia arranged for my partial lobotomy under forced anaesthesia & other organ extractions for her profit  must be publically prosecuted for her criminal undertakings. This thieving criminal can't be anywhere close to any educational enterprise with her track record of organized crimes during the past decade & shame on mcgill to have this deranged criminal who is there to take advantage of students in every way possible to enrich herself & her criminal international mafia.

Mcgill is where a corrupt faculty member like Christine Ross in the department of art history runs her international mafia of organized crimes from. This criminal has an international gang on payola to steal from me & has so viciously taken over my finances, my bank accounts, personal accounts & now has her criminal mafia rampage our properties. This filthy criminal has built her empire in canada by running a criminal mafia of organ trafficking for big pharma, sex & human trafficking to canada, pillage, larceny, theft & taking over my work & intellectual property with her criminal mafia members. This criminal then funnels back this money to universities & museums as grants, positions, endowments, etc to clean the money &  showcase philanthropy & prestige. This criminal fraudster has self-appointed herself as a custodian to my affairs without my knowledge & consent to steal around the clock & enrich herself & her cronies. She is a corrupt & deviant larcenist that must be publically prosecuted for her over a decade of organized crimes.

Really great video, thanks for making this. I am actually a mom of a high school senior in California. We are both Canadian and US citizen. My daughter just got accepted into McGill last night 🥳. We are so excited and decided to explore more about McGill.
Chris is a great speaker. The background reaction is also very funny. Especially about the boxing part 🤣really good job! Nathan😊

If you’re going into Arts don’t bother with arts advising/oasis go straight to your department advisor, it’ll save you a lot of time and you’re more likely to actually get a response

Also, if you're in the faculty of sciences, U1 courses will kill you, and they are known to be super hard. But if you can survive them, then you'll be good to go until you graduate ! I would advise you to attend all the tutorials as they definitely help you with understanding, and don't hesitate to reach out to profs (they're happy to help and make sure you understand).

If you speak French, you have the option to submit any assignment you write in French (even during finals), so that's still an option.

For textbooks and all that, I would advise not to buy them from LeJames bookstore (The mcgill bookstore) but buy them from second years (there are facebook groups dedicated to that).

If you're not from Canada, definitely buy a Winter coat (you will need it) because it can get pretty cold (sometime as low as -20C).

When you register for classes, be mindful of the location where the course is. You do not want to hike up a hill in 10 minutes to get to your next class on time (trust me), but if you absolutely have to, explain the situation to your profs (i'm sure they ll understand).

Most classes for sciences students are recorded and uploaded, so you can miss a class and still watch it at home. But for any other course (in the faculty or arts, or desautels) it's not (at least for most of them).

Overall, I have a real love-hate relationship with McGill, I met some of the best people there, it allowed me to study whatever I chose to, I learnt a lot and it was challenging. But it was also hard and stressful. There is a lot of competition (and you will hear a lot of students be like "Oh no I got an A- that's terrible (and it's true that for them it can be a bad grade), but it does put pressure on you and make you feel bad (at least it did for me)).
