Would these boots work as a more dressy boot (smart casual), or for a date?

These gave me a bit of a headache with the sizing, ordered half size down and they are still roomy

They're hideous. Rappers and wanna be thugs made them popular.

I work in the trades. You typically dont see anyone wear Timbs as work boots anymore because most job sites and companies require steel-toe boots. I've been wearing JK and Thorogood moc toe steel toe for years. Back in the late 90s - early 2000s the thing to do was wear your timbs on the street and when they got dirty and creased you would wear them to work and finish them off😂.

Anyone noticed how slippery these are on ice? I bought them specifically for winter and I'm disappointed. My old no-name winter boots that cost a fraction of this had much better grip.

So if your Tims are slightly on the smaller side you can just remove the insole for a little extra room? Mine are partucularly snug. I got US 10s and usually I'm an 11 so I think I made the right choice... but still. Will it be uncomfortable?

Worthless brand with the worst costumer service ever. This company thrives because of slave labor, and is build out of the backs of slaves. Why would anyone support this ?

Can you make another video of the difference between the regular premium 6-inch boots and the 6-inch fur lined version in terms of comfort wise regardless of them being the exact same?

Intresting about the sizing. I tried on 8,5 which is my usual size for boots in general but I had to go with 9us with these since it was a bit too tight where the tounge was stitched. Don't know if it was because I have quite wide and tall feet but yeah.

Wearing Timberlands with the laces loose and the tongue hanging out looks sloppy. That look (mostly) only appeals to guys..women generally find it really unattractive.

To avoid the keeping them clean problem with nubuck, Timberland also offers these boots in several full grain leathers.

I read direct attach are better than the premiums becuz better waterproofing? Also Timberlands has a size chart on their website that gives you the inches so if you just measure your foot that should be the right way to go they said to go true to size I’ve asked him several times

Born shows have nice chukka boots …. And miss my Tim’s

Just purchased some premiums size 9.5 men noticed that if I don't lace them tight the heel slips up. But the toe area feels firm, and if they're laced tightly they stay pretty firm. Ideally I don't like the tight look, I prefer them a little loose. However, do you recommend sizing to 9 or 8.5? Or should I just stick to lacing them tight currently.
