ОтветитьDecember 1, first Christmas cookie of the season! I wish I could post a photo! My "loaves" look fake they are so beautiful- golden and shiny! I cooled them for 8 minutes and then sliced. Still a few broke but what a treat for the maker! (That would be me). I got a little adventurous and hydrated the cranberries in an 1/8 cup of Grand Marnier (orange-flavor liquer). Not sure that it added anything to this already-excellent recipe so, next time, I'll use water and sip the Grand Marnier! Thank you Alessandra. I'm so happy to find your site. I'm a very happy new subscriber! Buon Natale!

ОтветитьThank you for the video tutorial! I will definitely try this recipe. I do have one question. Have you ever tried shaping the logs on the parchment and then simply sliding the parchment onto the baking sheet? I wonder if that would help with the logs not losing their shape.

ОтветитьI just made these ( with almonds as I didn't have unsalted pistachios) but it just might be the best biscotti recipe I have tried. They are perfectly crisp but not too hard and so tasty! How do you store yours Alessandra?? Buon Natale to you and yours!! xo
