Some people say that this song wasn't very good because the guitar solo was removed... but to be honest, for me it is good, and it even makes sense not to have the guitar, due to the fact that...
As GB is in an old game, it makes sense for the instrumental to be more simplified... although the instrumental gives the impression that it is game music from the 80s and 90s, simply incredible!

This version if you heard the 2 version you will notice that version is a little more calm, but some how them make the music still agressivo and better that the original in your on way, that is just crazy good

i really like this version of golden land, you can tell how much the instrumentation and vocals were imrpoved but i still feel something is missing. maybe another section? less orchestral-rock and a more 8-bit-rock base could've fit in better, but i dont know. for some reason golden land never hit as hard for me, and i hoped this version would've fixed that feeling but i still feel golden land NEEDS something.

The fact that GB's Mario form is drawn like real Nintendo art from the sm64 era while his true form is drawn in that hyper realistic art style is a nice attention to detail, and makes GB's true form look 10x more terrifying

Golden land v2 together with no hope were the songs I liked least about the update, the thing I liked least about V1 were the very low vocals, I could barely hear BF when he and GB mario were singing together, and I thought that in the V2 they would fix this, I don't know how, but somehow they managed to make the vocals worse, they are even lower and somehow they are too much, how can I say? "stopped"? They look very strange, but the instrumental of V2 is very good, (better than V1 in fact) and in case you are wondering, no, I don't prefer V1 to V2, I still think V2 is better because of the great improvement that this update gave to this song, (especially the visual part) in fact, looking back, V1 wasn't even that good, I didn't think V2 was horrible, but honestly, it was quite disappointing, and about the song no hope, I just didn't really like this song, I found it very forgettable.

I like how they went with Super Mario Land 2's theme as the basis
I imagine at least a bit of that choice had to do with how SML1's theme became associated with other stuff in recent years

Golden Land was always my favorite Mario’s Madness song, but you guys somehow made it even better. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m gonna go add this to my playlist.

Only complaint is that Mario is a bit quiet in his trasformed state but other then that is this better

i'm pretty scared to write this because i think im gonna be flamed but, yeah i think the song went harder in v1, and this one is worse. this version isnt as intense, but its not bad. props to the whole team
