? When you are doing listing appointment, if seller what’s to buy a new home to move in. Do you talked to them if becoming there buyers agent the same day or make another appointment?

The worst part of real estate are the arrogant agents. Brokers want you in the office to get to know other agents? Why? They don’t want to help you, they don’t speak and act superior. I have read things agents write and heard them speak- absolutely no reason for the arrogance.

I went back to watch this again after attending Tom X Success Summit today.

I'm a new agent in a small town and do not have fancy expensive listings like this! How do you win the listings without paying all of these expenses to clean, professionally photograph etc? My mind is racing and I can't find the START line and figure out what to implement first! LOL

Wish we had agents in a realistic market on this panel. Those of us in a market where average list price is 200k on east coast. These guys sell one home and it's more than we do in a year.
