ОтветитьI have now been fortunate enough to have been able to listen to the music of this land for 90 years, still able to ply the trade of my work of love, carpentry. This has been one of my favorites for over 60 years, thanks for the miracles of technology in sound.
ОтветитьI love songs that tell a story. This one is perhaps the best one of all

ОтветитьToday is the fifth anniversary of my Dad John passing away. This song instantly takes me back to my childhood with him playing so many great songs. Miss you every day Dad but I know you and my Mum will be dancing together again up in heaven 😢❤ xxxxxxx
ОтветитьHe was a bad boy, not only did he murder that cowboy, he compounded the illegal actions by stealing a horse to get away🤣
ОтветитьDoes Marty boom like this because Fallout opened up the newer generations for it or is it more a parerntly thing over there in America? For me it startet with Big Gun, since then this man makes my life so much brighter..
ОтветитьThe ability to tell such a song like this and it flows so beautifully shows the amazing talent of the artist.. this has to be one of the very BEST cowboy songs or country music songs for its ability to so easily flow it all together.. 2023 and it is still just as loved and amazingly talented
ОтветитьI absolutely LOVE this song as much today as when i first heard it when I was a kid and I loved this song from the first time i heard it... it is the "perfect cowboy song" and im not sure what it is but it is so dang catchy.. everytime i hear it, it gets stuck in my head for days! Between the BEAUTIFUL southwestern guitar works and the his absolutely BEAUTIFUL VOICE in the song really make it such a hauntingly beautiful song to hear.. lol and my love for it came WAY WAY before "Breaking Bad" 😉😊❤💜🎶🎵 this song and the Jimmy Dean song "Big Bad John" where 2 of the songs we had on a mix tape that my dad would play while we took the 4 hour drive up to our family cabin deep in the northern woods of Wisconsin.. now it is 30 years later and still every time i hear this song as well as others i am filled with SO MANY memories as well as some nostalgia overload. And I and so happy that i have been able to pass along that love of this song and others to my own children since they were very little during our own family trips up to that same cabin in the woods
ОтветитьWould the song el paso be a murder ballad?
ОтветитьClassic
ОтветитьI used to sit with my grandpappy and listen to his music, our music, with him, I will always cherish these memories.
ОтветитьI LOVE this song. Growing up it was one of my favorites making me dream of far off places and a cowboy one day. 😂 Now as I'm driving across west Texas I had to hear it again.... I finally get to see this place I saw in my mind as a child.
