In Vancouver I was exposed to three-year Gouda and I love it so much. I have finally found a place here in Montreal. a fine, fromagerie that sells three year-old good.
ОтветитьNow hear me out.....😂😂😂😂 that thumbnail got me sprung.
ОтветитьAs an initial idea, with my diligence, food colors are made from the olive tree or its fruit
ОтветитьThe oldest mozzarella maker you could find only goes back to 1903? Just doesn’t seem very old especially when this shop is really from 1988. It’s just giving credit to others.
I wish they found a old manufacturer. Someone that’s been doing it generations not just your grandparents opened the place.
*Me when they get to mozzarella*: that looks like a titty… I’m so immature…
Italian Mozzarella Production Manager: it looks like a titty
Me: I am a man of culture
I was like “ok but why the mozzarella be out here looking like a boob” and then he goes and says how it resembles a breast and it has a nipple and milk comes out of it snfjsjgjcsnjfv
Ответитьits so funny once it gets to the US : use artificial coloring, use non-local milk, use artificial rennet
ОтветитьEmily man fine though… go Emily! Yaaasss hunny.
ОтветитьThis video was a delight to watch!
ОтветитьThere is nothing special in someone aging your cheese and selling it 3x the price and controlling the market while the producers/farmers have no control over the price set to the customers.
ОтветитьJerry's heaven
Ответитьmy number 1 favourite cheese in the world. gauda❤❤❤
ОтветитьGreat documentary, I love cheese!
Ответитьwho cut the cheese? lol, the big boob look good
ОтветитьI watched this because of a ted talk
ОтветитьMany of those steps could be omitted or mechanized... but nah, lets get our work out of a day and add premium price for it. I don't get it when people choose harder road just because it is traditional. At least there should be cheaper competition that have the same or very similar end product but is almost fully mechanized. This way people around the world could enjoy good cheese without inflated pricetag.
ОтветитьNo Velveeta? What's the point?
ОтветитьI love cheese :)
ОтветитьFood for the elite wealthy upper class, I'll never taste any of it lol...
ОтветитьWow, so much great teaching! Raw milk IS permitted in the US for commercial purposes, but sometimes not to the general public, and in some states it's legal to sell to anyone.

ОтветитьYes, I'm actually watching a 2 hour video about cheese
ОтветитьThis video has given me so many cravings for cheese. They all look so interesting and the history behind them just adds to the intrigue. Closest I can get to them is Murry's cheese from Kroger and their takes on them. Still, I really want some nice, nutty, pungent cheese now.
ОтветитьRất nhiều sản phẩm không lồ. Rất thú vị.
ОтветитьI freaking love any cheese, don't care about your stupid one location clichee
ОтветитьLove how raw milk, especially in the states has gotten such a bad name for itself and the FDA requiring dairy products to be pasteurized or else it’s not fit for human consumption. I love raw milk and raw milk products. Expensive, but wholly worth the price!
ОтветитьMan, I would love to have a whole wheel of cheese
Ответитьthree hours of pure cheese. now this is the content i crave.

ОтветитьWhat a pity you gave so little credit to French cheese, with only showing Brie and Camembert. Oh, I notice you're an American channel. Yes, I understand now.
