That's what happened to me recently when I was working with a gentleman who lives in Colorado. He saw a home in Winter Park that he really liked, and the seller was willing to do seller financing. The only problem was that the buyer's money was in a business account.

So I drove the buyer to the seller's house, which was just around the corner. The seller was in his kitchen making a giant vat of marinara sauce, but he was happy to talk to us. We did the math right there on the spot, and the buyer decided to go for it.
