Ответить100% agree with being a customer to tailor your customer service experience! Having a customer service background (retail 😫), I felt like I had a slight advantage when I started vendoring. What also helped was attending these events and taking note of what I didn’t/did like when approaching a table such as being greeted or completely ignored
