Why is everyone acting surprised about these people getting bonuses even when failing? This literally happens in all big companies in the world. Golden boys/girls come in, get paid with huge wages and out-of-this world bonuses, leave the companies in a worst position and then jump to the next one. All the mess and crap is left for the small people to work their ass off and fix, while the next golden child gets all the money.

I honestly don't get it why Disney is still hiring Kathleen Kennedy and for 26 mil a year no less! Fire her, give me half of that and even though I don't have any experience in that line of work nor know all it entails, I'm willing to bet my life I'd be able to do a better job. And I don't think I'm alone in that, I think there are loads of people who could do a better job then her. Even if Disney's higher ups give you the assignment to stay DEI compliant for BlackRock. From the insights she's shared about her vision and strategy for running her projects and the results she's booked, I wouldn't be surprised if there are high school students out there that can do a better job. It makes me sad that I have to financially struggle while doing a good job and there are people like her swimming in cash while doing an awful job.
